A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be taken at the time of booking. Cancellations received
later than 12 noon 7 days prior to the date of arrival are liable for 100% cancellaton charge.
We would advise that holiday insurance be taken out in order to cover any unforeseen
events.
Check in is between 3.30pm – 6.30pm, and checkout by 10:30am. Check in after 7pm by
prior arrangement only.
The minimum age for children staying is 12 years unless booked out for exclusive use.
No pets are allowed at the property other than during exclusive use hire, when 2 well behaved dogs may be accepted by arrangement.
